We recognize that life is full of unexpected twists and turns, and our cancellation policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible while still ensuring the viability of our retreat.

Your Commitment with the Non-Refundable Deposit:

• A $750 deposit is more than just a booking confirmation; it's your commitment to joining us and our commitment to preparing for your unique experience. This deposit is non-refundable, as it helps us cover the initial costs of planning a retreat that we hope will be transformative for you.

Flexibility for Life’s Uncertainties:

• More than 90 Days Prior to Retreat: We completely understand that plans can change. If you find yourself needing to cancel more than 90 days before the retreat, we will offer a full refund of any fees paid beyond the deposit. We hope this provides peace of mind should your circumstances change. •Less than 90 Days Prior to Retreat: We know that sometimes changes occur closer to the retreat date. Although we can't offer a refund at this stage due to the preparations already in motion, we are happy to provide a gift voucher for the full amount paid (minus the deposit). This voucher is valid for 12 months and can be used for any future retreat or service, giving you the flexibility to join us when the time is right for you.

Sharing the Experience:

• Life happens, and if for any reason you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member up to 14 days before the retreat start date. We'd be delighted to welcome them into our retreat family in your place, at no extra cost.
